Publication of your data / transfer to a third person
All data which you have entered in connection with your registration will be published in your profile and can be viewed – except for your e-mail address - by other members/agents of license-to-shoot.com and www.license-to-shoot.de (hereafter named “LTS”). All data you have transferred to us will not be passed on to third persons outside of LTS, except for the fact that you have given your consent to do so, or in case we are bound to reveal your data due to judicial order.
What do we do with your data?
Your data will be stored for the time period of your registered membership with LTS. After deletion of your account all your data will be deleted as well.

We want to refer you to that – despite of our high requirements – information, which you have released on your free will, can be used of others, nevertheless. Therefore, MINOX GmbH will not undertake the responsibility for disclosure of information on the basis of errors during data transfer and/or not-authorized access by other persons.

MINOX GmbH reserves the right to amend this privacy policy in view of the prevailing data protection law at any time.
